For all platter information please read on below for options. If one of the below options does not suit you are welcome to add extras or we can do a platter based specifically on your product and quantity needs. Seafood Platter $120

Includes:

500g Cooked Tiger Prawns
1 Dozen Sydney Rock Oysters
100g Atlantic Salmon Sashimi
100g Yellowfin Tuna Sashimi
Soy sauce, cocktail sauce, tartare sauce, wasabi aioli, wasabi
Fresh lemon wedges and salad garnish
Served on a platter

Platter will be packed in an insulated box with ice packs for transportation. Simply remove glad wrap, place on table and enjoy!
